Travelling by train is a convenient way to get from A to B, but occasioanlly, there are technical difficulties that can delay somebody’s journey. They may be bombared with announcements that are full of jargon, and can make train travel a frustrating experience for Southeastern customers.

We created a series of four videos that quickly explained jargon to our audience, to help make their journeys a less frustrating and more pleasant experience.
